OVERVIEW
This large family villa in Cyprus has 4 bedrooms. The villa is in the exclusive Apollo Beach development. This is on the West Cyprus coast between Paphos and Coral Bay. There are views of both the sea and the mountains. The property has a private outside pool.

LOCATION
This large family villa in Cyprus is easy walking distance to the sea. At the seafront there is coastal pathway. The villa is close to bars and restaurants. Coral Bay and downtown Paphos are within a 15 minute drive from the property.

OUTSIDE AREA
The property has two patio areas. One of them has a built in barbecue area. There is also a gas barbecue. The gardens to back of the villa contain fruit trees.The patio at the front of the villa has views to the mountains. The pool area has views towards the sea. For sunbathing there are four sun loungers with mattresses. Also there are two new lounger chairs with cushions. Additionally there are six patio chairs with cushions for the patio table.

BEDROOMS
This holiday villa sleeps eight people in the beds and two more on a sofa bed. There are four bedrooms in this large family villa in Cyprus. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and one bedroom is in the basement. Two bedrooms on the first floor have double beds and one has twin beds.On first floor there is also a family bathroom. There is a second bathroom in the basement and a utility room.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor has fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.The living and dining area is large and open with high ceiling.. In the basement there is a utility room with a washing machine.

The villa has been refurbished with new white goods , Netflix TV, and ceiling fans to all the bedrooms apart from the master bedroom

The villa is managed by a Limited company – A caring property management local company who will look after you on the resort – the pool is cleaned and chemically balanced twice a week in the summer months and once in the winter – the villa will be cleaned for your arrival and they keys will be in the safety deposit box for your arrival – You will be issued with a emergency call out number upon your arrival

PARKING
There is room for 2-3 vehicles parked on the premises up a private driveway.

AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING
All three floors have air conditioning and central heating for the colder months, including all the bedrooms. There are new ceiling fans to all the bedrooms apart from the master bedroom

WiFI, TV & GAMES ROOM
Wi-fi is also available. The villa has a flat screen TV with Netflix . There is a games room with a full sized table tennis table. Also the large family villa has a selection of board games. There is also a DVD player with a selection of films to watch and a blue Ray player

PLEASE NOTE

There is supplement over 8 occupancy. The villa has 4 bedrooms plus a downstairs sofa bed room.
The villa sleeps up to 10 so for every extra guest who wants to stay above 8 its a 15 GBP charge per night per person to have the ground floor sofa bed made up with a total maximum occupancy of 10 persons

This is a large 3 bedroom holiday villa in Chloraka. The holiday villa is in a small private cul de sac.

OUTSIDE AREA
There are two large patio windows that open onto the outside area. The outside area has a large circular patio, protected from the sun. The patio has views of the pool, gardens and the barbecue area. The rear of the view has ample sun and over looks the sea.

GROUND FLOOR
The furniture in 3 bedroom holiday villa in Chloraka is modern. The living area is open, bright and spacious. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large dining room table with 6 chairs. Additionally on the ground floor there is a cloakroom.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The 3 bedroom holiday villa in Chloraka can sleep six adults. The master bedroom has an en suite. The patio doors open on to a large balcony. Similarly the second bedroom is a double bedroom with an ensuite. It also has double doors opening on to the first floor balcony.However the third bedroom is a twin room with two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep guests cool. There is a large family bathroom as well with a shower and bath.

CHILDREN & BABIES
We can provide baby cots, high chairs, prams and child car seats. There is an extra cost payable locally – please see baby equipment section in our services tab
